Policies:

  • 24 Hour cancellation policy. Cancellations under 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in missed payment fee.
  • Sessions are not drop-in and must be made by appointment either online or directly with a provider.   
  • Privacy, confidentiality, and proper draping methods are maintained at all times!
  • Please make the practitioner aware of any allergies. 
  • Please hydrate. Drink plenty of water before and after scheduled sessions.

I have lived in Colorado for 25 years and transitioned into Massage Therapy in 2013 after completing my Associates of Massage with the Colorado School of Healing Arts. I had the honor of working in hospital settings for over six years, working with cancer and surgical patients. I love the amazing, vast beauty of Colorado and the many outdoor adventures living in the beautiful state of Colorado offers. In my spare time she loves hiking, camping, biking, running, rafting, any excuse to be outside enjoying nature is a great day!

PHILOSOPHY
I personally believe massage is an essential tool for optimal health and overall well being.  In the high stress world we live in, regular massage can help bring life into a state of balance.  My heart centered, intuitive approach to body work includes a desire to support my clients through the injuries, aches/pains, healing and growth life journeys by doing what I love the most, helping others.  I look forward to meeting and working with you soon.

I have been practicing massage since graduating from East West College of the Healing arts located in Portland, OR in 2005. The bulk of my career has been spent working alongside a local chiropractor, where the focus has been primarily on injury recovery and prevention.

I’ve worked with the elderly, disabled, athletes, children and everyone in between. By working with such a diverse clientele, I’ve learned that variety and a combination of techniques work best. I use a fusion of Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release and Relaxation to create a balanced, therapeutic experience.

I am an avid outdoors person and I enjoy hiking, camping, 4-wheeling and traveling all along with my husband and our two fur babies. I am also an avid runner and can be found on the local trails training for 10k’s and Half Marathons.

Being healthy is a big part of my life and my mission is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness.
